The Man Who Believed He Could Change Russia

Without question the most important video we have produced for the Lantos Foundation is about Russian dissident Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who has been in jail since 2003 for speaking out against Vladimir Putin and speaking up for freedom and democracy in Russia.  It is hoped that this video will bring heightened awareness to Mr. Khodorkovsky’s imprisonment.  Scheduled to be shown to members of Congress the end of February, it will be widely circulated.  Though produced for the world stage, it has Concord roots, produced for a Concord based foundation by a Concord based production company, and using music performed by the Concord Chorale.  (23 minutes, completed February, 2012)
